Order Data Transfer Record Layout (OTDATA)
The Order Data Transfer maintains a perfectly synchronized but independent order data base within PC-Topp, by transmitting all new orders, modifications and cancellations of orders from the host system to PC-Topp.

Paper Stock Transfer Record Layout (PSDATA)
The Paper Stock Transfer gives PC-Topp the up-to-date stock figures for each paper grade and roll size at a particular time. This allows PC-Topp to calculate the availability of paper for a certain board grade and roll size, taking into account any consumptions that have occurred since the time of the stock take, as well as paper reserved for the schedules awaiting production in Program Memory.

Order Status Messages Record Layout (TBDATA)
The Transfer of Order Status Messages informs the host system whenever PC-Topp has scheduled an order on the corrugator or on a conversion machine, and whenever an order has been produced on a machine.

Corrugator Schedule Transfer Record Layout (CLDATA)
The Transfer of Corrugator Schedules can create within the host system a true image of the pending corrugator schedules, and/or inform the host of production actuals on the corrugator.
Production Results Record Layout (MIDATA)
The Production Results of corrugators and conversion machines include all relevant events for each machine, including shift data, order data, downtime, personnel, and many more. The file is usually uploaded after a manual revision of the shift reports, in order to ascertain error-free data.

Transfer from the Host: Status of Ordered Sheets (SODATA)
This record layout is recommended for deliveries of external sheets. By scheduling and creating external delivery data, PC‑Topp can guarantee best conversion results particularly for plants without corrugator.
Transfer of Partial Production Data from Host (CPDATA)
Allows the recording of external programs that cannot be created by PC-Topp Terminals. It is perfectly suitable for partial shipping and partial deliveries.
