Improvements in Program Memory
PC-Topp's Program Memory has been given a new, improved user interface that more closely matches the way you work in Conversion Machine Planning. All the familiar shortcut keys work now, for moving schedules up or down, or to insert a new program somewhere in the existing schedules. After all such changes, the required re-calculation of starting times can be triggered with just one keystroke.
Another big improvement has been achieved in the way runs are sequenced within a program: The new algorithm will now put together runs of identical or similar orders, allowing a smoother production flow on the corrugator. And it will put a long run at the beginning and the end of each program wherever possible, answering a need that was expressed in many plants that have to cope with short runs.
