The PC-Topp.NET Palletizer Monitor can now be used for downtime recording, viewing, and modification. Besides, the Palletizer Monitor's restriction to four machines has been lifted: Now any number of machines predefined in the Machine Tables can be displayed.

The PC-Topp.NET menu bar now offers drop-down sub-menus for all menu items that allow faster navigation to all major functionalities.

Via the OTDATA file stereo and ink colors for printing on a second machine can be transferred. Moreover, the new color fields introduced in OTDATA for second pass printing can also be used to transfer colors for orders with more than six colors.

Any amount of comments for an order can be transferred via OTDATA along with information on where the specific comment shall be displayed. The Machine Terminal, the Corrugator Terminal as well as Conversion Machine and Corrugator Scheduling can be targeted. In the Order Summary all order comments are displayed.

The Find Orders of a Customer functionality already familiar from the Corrugator Scheduling page is also available in Shipping scheduling now.

In Passive Mode the production status of pallets is not automatically indicated, manual quantity changes of individual pallets are not automatically reflected in the total quantity of the order, and automatic pallet label printing is disabled. Use Passive Mode if you want full manual control over palletisation or if your stacker is able to automatically pass production data to PC-Topp.

The options for excluding orders from display in the Machine Load configuration page have been enhanced to filter out orders whose tool or stereo is not available.
