As of now, shift times and downtime reasons can be entered in the Corrugator Control page.

The new Detailed Waste Report (in PDF format) shows a waste summary by machine and shift, with waste figures per waste reason, divided into waste before and during production.

The following improvements have been made in the PC-Topp Machine Terminal: 

• The Shift Report tab now shows performance data for shift and current order.
• Downtime reasons and times can be modified in the PC-Topp Machine Terminal as well (so far only possible in the classical Machine Terminal).
• A flashing red icon in the tab navigation informs on order comments for conversion and pending quality checks.

A pallet's production status can only be modified from the pallet currently being produced backwards so users can’t randomly set any pallet's status to "Produced".

The PC-Topp.NET Detailed Shift Report has been revised to show all data available in PC-Topp on the selected shift in a clearly structured layout. Moreover, it is now available as a PDF file for easy printout, forwarding by email etc.
