The new Detailed Waste Report (in PDF format) shows a waste summary by machine and shift, with waste figures per waste reason, divided into waste before and during production.

The PC-Topp.NET Detailed Shift Report has been revised to show all data available in PC-Topp on the selected shift in a clearly structured layout. Moreover, it is now available as a PDF file for easy printout, forwarding by email etc.

The PC-Topp.NET Palletizer Monitor can now be used for downtime recording, viewing, and modification. Besides, the Palletizer Monitor's restriction to four machines has been lifted: Now any number of machines predefined in the Machine Tables can be displayed.

The Machine Settings page has been modified to allow production data entry in Conversion Machine Scheduling without having to input duration. Only ending times have to be entered. This feature is used to mark orders as finished when there is no need for production duration data, e.g. in case of orders coming back from external suppliers, or for situations where several orders are produced simultaneously under the same machine code.

The Board Grade Upgrade Summary shows all board grades by flute type including up- and downgrades, with data on quantity and cost, and totals by flute type.

A new Crystal report shows usage rates for cutting resp. printing dies by die number.

The OTDATA field Underrun Tolerance is now available in PC-Topp.NET corrugator and conversion statistics.

This new PDF report offers comprehensive data on production and speed of corrugator and conversion machines for each day of the selected week, with week totals.

A new Crystal report shows an overview of orders by article, with article performance data (absolute as well as in relation to the machine's performance covering all articles).

The Production Targets page now shows quantities in m/min (resp. sht./h for the corrugator) and m²/h.
