Comprehensive production information

The online return of production actuals via PC-Topp's online links to corrugator and conversion permits creating comprehensive production statistics which are available instantly and for any period in time.

Downtimes, setups, production counts - all production events are recorded and archived. From this information, PC-Topp creates concise overviews and extensive in-depth analyses. All production data can also be shared with the host system to replace costly manual data entry.

Corrugator and Conversion Statistics

On the basis of the production data transferred by the Machine Terminals and the Corrugator Control Program resp. the Corrugator Terminal, PC-Topp offers a broad selection of corrugator and conversion statistics:

These programs calculate your plant's estimated demand for paper and pallets in the weeks ahead and help you avoid supply bottlenecks.

Performance Overviews
